A Message from the Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Greetings!
As the government take giant strides in addressing the problem of substance abuse, it has become imperative for the private sector to do its part in not only adhering to the principles embodied in Republic Act 9165 but in conforming to the standards set forth by the duly constituted authorities more particularly in the area of treatment and rehabilitation.
The F.A.R.M. Recovery Center, for its part, is committed to try its best to uphold the highest standards of service delivery within the Department of Health (DOH) framework in assisting substance abusers and dependents – together with their families --- find a peaceful, meaningful and productive lives.
Thus, it is with zeal and earnest commitment that we dedicate this Operational Manual to the Filipino people, in general, and to our beloved clients, our staff, and our support partners in particular.

HISTORY
Family And Recovery Management (F.A.R.M.) Recovery Center is a private institution and a legally constituted entity with a primary purpose of helping people with substance dependence to become drug free.
Family And Recovery Management Center started at Tinago, Cebu City on 2012 as a shelter and a non-profit organization for drug and alcohol dependents. Mid-year of 2013, FARM relocated to Sitio Bayong, Barangay Cadulawan, Minglanilla, Cebu. Since then, it grew bigger with the grace of the Almighty God, and served number of clients in relation to its aim, and that is to help substance dependents recover.
